After you finish learning to prepare each dish (three or four in a class), you and your classmates feast on the sumptious food you have fixed yourselves. Gift Certificates are available for the "Passport" to fun spring classes. There are European, and Asian Passports -- each with 3 distinct classes. The classes are 4 course hands-on classes that will be held in January, February and March. They are available at the school.

Chez Alaska Summer Demonstration Schedule
Demonstration classes are held 7 days a week, various times each day and are approximately 50 minutes. Three luncheon classes are held each week. They are approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Luncheon classes are a combination of demonstration and hands-on. The following schedule begins on May 10 and will continue through the middle of September. Demonstration Classes cost $25 each. A glass of wine and two recipes will be tasted. Recipes will be available to take with you. Luncheon classes are $65 each. Wine, coffee and tea will be served. Three or four recipes will be prepared.
